1. Is the exit process always smooth?
    • Embassies are typically very helpful. In our extensive experience, parents have always successfully managed to take their babies home.
  2. How long does it take to finalize citizenship/passport registration in Georgia?
    • The duration depends on the respective embassy. Some countries issue a travel document for the baby, while others provide a passport directly. The waiting period can range from 4 to 12 weeks.
  3. Who helps with the passport application?
    • We recommend that intended parents contact their embassies directly to inform them of the upcoming surrogacy birth. Embassies prefer direct communication with applicants. From our side, we provide all necessary documentation, including surrogacy agreements, the surrogate mother’s consent, maternity hospital discharge papers, IVF confirmation letters, etc.
